Site Tutor was founded on the belief that the internet has changed
the real estate industry and will continue to change how real
estate is done over the coming decade. At Site Tutor we also believe
that most companies serve a piece of the puzzle and there were
no companies who provide complete online real estate marketing
solutions.

Fenton - Founder
Martin is a veteran in the internet having worked in the internet
since 1999. He also is a former REALTOR® having held a real
estate license in Massachusetts and Texas. Martin has a Masters
in International Management. He has held positions at Warner Bros.
Consumer Products as the Regional Director of Licensing based
in Hong Kong as well as Director of Business Development for collegeclub.com,
a dot com start up.

White - Founder
Josh is also a veteran of the real estate marketing world having
started and sold Precision SEO, a real estate web design company.
Josh’s knowledge of the internet and how real estate agents
can succeed on the internet is unparalleled.

Donelle joined Site Tutor as the steady hand guiding clients
from an idea to reality. As a former property manager, Donelle
understands the importance to detail and follow up. Donelle is
the third leg of the Site Tutor Triangle and with her knowledge
about real estate web design, web development and optimization
has given clients the comfort of knowing that they are in good
hands.

the ability to create custom designs to fit the needs of clients;
Shannon also has the technical ability to create
designs to meet the needs of the developers.
Most designers do not understand this critical component and
as a result, a majority of websites are NOT search engine friendly,
offer a poor user experience and do not allow for future growth.
