Real Estate Marketing Guide

Site Tutors’ Real Estate Marketing Guide to Search Engine Friendly Real Estate Website Design and Internet Marketing Guide program was created to serve small to medium sized businesses looking to maximize their presence on the internet. This program is a comprehensive six month program designed to teach companies how to market their companies on the Internet.

The key difference between our Real Estate Marketing program and other programs is that it is a knowledge based program designed to educate companies or individuals on ALL aspects of internet marketing.

Our ONLY requirement is that any company whom purchases our program MUST have a custom website and offer unique content.

Clients can expect to complete this program in 6 to 12 months and at the end of this program will have:

  • A complete understanding of ALL the various channels available to market themselves on the internet.
  • A complete list of all the major products serving each marketing channel.
  • A solid foundation in which to grow their business on the internet.
  • A jump start on obtaining traffic, rankings, leads or a combination of these indicators.
  • A solid understanding of what NOT to do to be successful on the internet.

Session #1 – Initial Consultation

  • This session is broken into two sections.
    • A complete program overview
    • A complete website analysis which includes reviewing all structural aspects of the website, an overview of internet marketing objectives and existing competition.
      • Action Items:
        • Site Tutor to produce a website analysis report and recommend changes to the website to maximize off-site marketing programs

Session #2 – Review website analysis report

  • This session reviews recommended changes, outlines potential keywords to be targeted and sets due dates to create and/or restructure website.
  • Pay Per Click Overview – This includes outlining strategies for the primary PPC programs and an overview of secondary PPC Programs.
  • Forums and Forum Linking – Explains what are forums and how to maximize involvement in Forums.

 

Session #3 – Blogging

  • Blogging Overview – What are Blogs, how Blogs work and the benefits of using Blogs as an optimization tool.
  • Setting up your Blog to maximize its effectiveness on the internet.
  • Submission process associated with Blogs.

 

Session #4 – Link Marketing Overview

  • Review Blog Questions
  • Link Marketing Overview – This session breaks down the multiple types of linking available from a search engine perspective. We also prioritize the value of each type of linking and how different links affect ranking in different search engines.

Session #5 – Press Releases and the internet

  • Review Link Marketing Questions
  • Press Releases – This session outlines how press releases benefit search engines rankings and how to create and where to submit Press Releases to maximize internet exposure and website rankings.

 

Session #6 – RSS Linking

  • RSS Linking – What is RSS, how to set up RSS feeds, and how to maximize RSS feeds on the internet?

 

Session #7 – Article Creation and Distribution

  • Articles – Unique articles focused on the targeted industry are a valuable way to increase your ranking, traffic and leads. This session will outline how to write an article for the internet, where to submit the article and set up a schedule to release articles on a regular basis.

Session #8 – Text Link Marketing

  • Text Link Marketing – This session explains what text links are, how they work and the dangers and benefits of text link marketing. This session also outlines the best way to approach this form of internet marketing. (SITETUTOR HIGHLY RECOMMENDS NOT USING LINK BROKERS IF UTILIZING THIS APPROACH)

 

Session #9 – Review Session

  • This session will review the status and modifications of the following:
    • Directory Marketing Review
    • Check Submission Status
    • Purchase Paid Directory Listings as needed based on review

 

Session #10 – Organic Search Engine Placement Review

  • This session will review current positioning in the search engines. Site Tutor will provide a report before the meeting to review the positions and outline potential modifications to website and other marketing tools to maximize efforts.

Session #11 – Review Statistics Tool and Google Analytics Program

  • This session focuses on the onsite user experience through analysis of above tools and recommended changes as a result of analysis of date.

 

Session #12 – PPC Campaign Review

  • This session reviews conversions rates, average PPC costs, average cost per conversion and recommends any potential changes based on date analyzed from PPC control panels.

 

Session #13 – Blog Review, Search Engine forecast and emerging technology

  • This session analyzes Blog exposure on the internet, search engine forecasted changes and any emerging technology.
  • We will also review overall internet marketing costs and recommend budget allocation for coming 12 months.
